Inspired by Washington’s endangered and at-risk species, our outreach classes blend conservation education with creative exploration. Using watercolor and a variety of mixed media, we guide learners of all levels to create unique works of art while gaining a deeper understanding of the species and ecosystems that need our protection. As a complement to our conservation mission, these sessions also offer a gentle space for mindfulness and reconnection with nature through the creative process, as we observe, sketch, and paint the world around us.
Here is a sample of the classes we’ve offered. Please email us to inquire about a custom class for your organization.
