Birthday Flowers on the Farm

I’m always looking for flowers that will thrive here in Bellevue and I especially appreciate drought resistant perennials. This year, I’m starting to curate flowers that are designated as “birth flowers.” Both the natural beauty and the meanings of the flowers are fun to incorporate into hand crafted gifts!

As I looked around our property, I was excited to see how many of these flowers were already here. As you’ll see, I have some work to do to complete this list so that all months are represented for years to come.
