2020: highlights

• First year with apiaries in both Bellevue and Carnation
• More than 10 gallons of honey harvested
• Despite broken ankle, we were able to harvest three times — now we can compare Spring, Summer, and Autumn honey varieties
• Blackberries harvested from our pristine Carnation apiary have extended this year’s jam selection: Marionberry, Blackberry, Black Razz, and Triple Berry Jams ready to go
• First time to “brew” extracts — Raspberry extract is going to be soo good
• First time to create Welsh Chutneys from our amazing tomato harvest. Love this stuff
• After 5 years, love that we’re using the hops! Hopped mead!
• Planted and nurtured new boysenberry bushes, which should be ready for 2021 harvest
