We had our first honey harvest this year! It was a lot of work, for such a small harvest, but well worth the learning experience.

Our 100% Pure Wildflower Honey: Our diverse gardens are optimized for native pollinators and honey bees. In addition to the berries, thyme, mint, mustard, oregano, radish, clover, and sunflowers are favorites for the honey bees. Our 2018 honey is light amber (Pfund scale 65) with very low moisture (Refractometer rating of 15.5%). Mildly sweet with hints of vanilla, our rich honey perfectly pairs with your favorite cheese.
